First Visit

There will be a complete History & Consultation for you to discuss your concerns with the doctor. Dr. Lindsey will determine if she thinks she can help you. If she determines she can help you, she will perform a thorough examination and nervous system scans.

Second Visit

You receive your Report of Findings where examination findings and necessary recommendations are discussed. Affordable payment options will be presented to you based on your decision to move forward. If Dr. Lindsey has determined that she can help you and you feel you are in the right place, then when you are ready we can begin with chiropractic and/or nutritional care.

Our staff is happy to verify and explain your insurance benefits before you begin a care plan as each policy is completely different. Since Dr. Lindsey does not work for any insurance company, Chiropractic Solutions is considered an “out of network provider.”

Virtually all insurance plans reimburse for alternative medical services rendered by an “out of network provider.” Our staff will happily provide you the receipts necessary to file for reimbursement from your insurance company, HSA or FSA’s. Just let us know that this is something you need.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept auto accident cases, cash, check and major credit cards.

Dr. Lindsey Engmark

Dr. Lindsey studied Biomedical sciences at St. Cloud State University until deciding to pursue her education further. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology. She is also trained in Graston Technique which aids in detecting scar tissue and fascial restrictions to help increase range of motion and decrease acute and chronic pain in her patients.

While finishing up chiropractic school, Dr. Lindsey was introduced to Nutrition Response Testing and learned about the importance of proper nutrition and removing specific stressors that were stopping her body from reaching its potential. Through proper nutrition and whole food supplementation, she was able to overcome health challenges she was having since she was a teenager! Dr. Lindsey has a passion for chiropractic and nutrition. She truly believes that in order for your body to be at it’s best, obstacles must be removed to restore health. She looks forward to meeting you and your family and helping you achieve your health goals!

Dr. Lindsey resides in Excelsior with her husband Chad and their 2 year old Labrador puppy, Cord. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, reading, staying active outdoors, practicing yoga and running on the many trails that MN has to offer!

Kristine De Boer, Office Assistant

I have always wanted to be part of something where I could help people. Working with Dr. Lindsey, I am able to experience that every time I come to work. I was given the opportunity to join Chiropractic Solutions in July of 2015 and Dr. Lindsey has made me feel very much part of a team in bringing the best possible care to her patients.
I grew up in a very small town in Northwest Iowa before moving to Minnesota. My husband and I have lived in St. Bonifacius for over 20 years where we raised two beautiful daughters and we are now excited to be gaining a son-in-law. I enjoy biking, hiking, reading and spending time with my husband.
I have learned so much from Dr. Lindsey and look forward to being a part of her growing practice. I am so grateful to be a part of this team!
